HOW TO LOOSE FACIAL FAT IN 8 DAYS?
Here i am going to share some tips and solutions to reduce facial fat or double chin.
Here are some easy exercises which are very simple so that you can do that any time and they are 100% effective in reducing facial fat.
1. Tuck your lips in a pout pose and then look towards the roof or ceiling . Maintain this pose for 2 - minutes then slowly turn your neck towards left and maintain the pose again for 2-minutes then slowly towards the right.
( you may be able to feel the strech and tension in your facial muscles while doing this)
2. Suck your cheeks towards inside like a fish pose for atleast 2 minutes.
3. Smile using all the muscles of your face. this will give a good tone and strech to your facial muscles.
4. Roar like a tiger while dropping your tongue out open a wide mouth.
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND :
1. Place your mobile at your face level to escape from the double chin.
2. Do not look too much downwards .
3. Drink enough water.
4. Stay away from alcohol.
5. Cut down the amount of salt.
