1. BANANNA AND CINNAMON ( DALCHINI) SMOOTHIE.

INGREDIENTS: 
1. 1 cup unsweetened milk
2. 1/2 cup oats
3.  Bananna
4.  1 tablespoon peanut butter
5.   1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
Little bit of honey for taste
Put all these ingredients in a blender and mix it until you get a fine consistency.

INGREDIENTS:

 1 cup chopped carrot

1 cup mango

1 cup fresh spinach

1/2 sliced avocado

1 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk

  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • water to blend (optional)

Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on low, then finish on high for 1 to 2 minutes, until smooth.
